Holistic Eating Doesn’t Have to Cost You Your Whole Paycheck

Grocery coupons and sales are not exclusively for junk food! Sorry to break the news to those who actually believe this.  You can certainly find deals and coupons on organic and healthy foods in the organic section of your local grocery store, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and online outlets (such as localharvest.com, Amazon.com, and organicmall.com to name a few).

Many of us most likely made a New Year resolution to eat healthy and holistically. You don’t have to give away your whole paycheck for this. Checkout Whole Foods for example! Whole Foods is expensive and is not a grocery stop for many. When you think of Whole Foods, you think of whole paycheck. You probably do not want to do your entire grocery shopping at Whole Foods, but you can certainly pick up some great deals for the things you actually need and want.

The circular running through today, January 31, 2012, has organic spring mix for $2.99 which is the same price as non-organic spring mix bags elsewhere. This month’s coupons are available for energy bars, Kashi cereal, and organic soymilk. A few weeks ago, pineapple was on sale for 2 for $5. That’s a great deal!

Don’t forget to checkout Weekly Buys starting tomorrow on Wednesday!
