The CATCH program also highlighted yogurt as a a superfood because studies have found that it helps to shorten a cold by about 2 days! Greek yogurt in particular is a great choice because it contains protein that will help strengthen your bodies.

4. Fish

Fish contains Omega-3 fatty acids that are healthy for everyone! Plus, these acids are known to reduce inflammation in the body which at times can be a worse contribution to a sickness!
